Applying for grants for student exchange in Rhineland-Palatinate

Please contact your child's school. There you will find information about the student exchange program offered there.

Rhineland-Palatinate schools, on the other hand, find advice from the Supervision and Services Directorate (ADD).

Responsibility lies with the Directorate of Supervision and Services (ADD).

Minimum number of participants of 10 students of a class or grade level must be reached.

Student encounters are to be set for a minimum duration of 6 days to a maximum of four weeks (including outward and return journey).

Accident assistance must be guaranteed for the meeting measure.

Application to the Directorate of Supervision and Services (ADD).

There are no fees.

Applications for grants to be valid for the coming calendar year must be submitted by 15 October of the previous year.

Grant applications can only be submitted by the implementing school. An application by the parents of the students is not possible.
