Replace school report

The duplicates are produced on request by the principals of the schools that issued the original certificate.

The school administrations of the schools that issued the original certificate are responsible. If this school no longer exists, e.g. because it has been transferred to another type of school or merged with another school, the school management of the successor school is the contact person. If there is also no successor school, the education office of the respective school authority (city, district or association municipal administration) can provide information.

The presentation of identity documents proving personal identity is required. Information on the date of issue of the original certificate or the period of school attendance is helpful.

As a rule, there are no fees. Only in the case of secondary issues of certificates due to reconstructions will fees in the amount of 27.00 to 70.00 euros be charged.  

There are no deadlines to be observed.

As a rule, processing is possible within a few days.
