Apply for a change to a BMZ-funded project in the field of vocational education and training

You can notify us by post or online of any changes to the funding for vocational education and training in development cooperation.

If you wish to notify the change by post:

• You discuss the need for change with the BMZ.
• You send your application together with all the necessary documents by post to the BMZ.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If the change is approved, you will receive an approval from the BMZ by post.
• If there is a change in the funding requirement, you will also receive a payment or a reclaim from the BMZ after verification of interim or utilization certificates.

If you wish to notify the change online:

• You discuss the need for change with the BMZ.
• Go to the federal portal and complete the form online.
• Upload the required documents and submit the application.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If the change is approved, you will receive a permit from the BMZ.
• If the funding requirement changes, you will also receive a payment or reclaim from the BMZ after the interim or where-used lists have been checked.

• You belong to one of the following institutions:
  • German Academic Exchange Service
  • Alexander von Humboldt Foundation
  • International Sustainability Campus

• Request
• Justification of the change
• Description of your overall project
• New financing plan (except for purely substantive changes)

There are no costs.

• Appeal to the administrative court
• You can speed up the payment if you waive your right to appeal.

There are no indications or special features.
