Occupational health management

Occupational health management consists of the legally prescribed measures for occupational health and safety and workplace health promotion. It calls for cooperation between entrepreneurs, employees, company doctors, health insurance companies, staff representatives and works councils as well as occupational health and safety authorities. This is intended to sustainably promote good working conditions and quality of life at the workplace as well as the health and motivation of employees. Possible measures of occupational health management can include:
