Issuance of a Certificate of good standing for veterinarians

• Landesuntersuchungsamt Rheinland-Pfalz

• Please apply to your responsible registration office for a certificate of good conduct of the document type "O", stating the purpose of use "Cerificate of good standing" and have it transmitted directly to the State Investigation Office.
• Clearance certificate from the State Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons Rhineland-Palatinate (upon receipt of the application not older than 3 months); please attach them in the original or in the form of an officially or notarized copy in Germany.
• A copy of the license certificate officially or notarized in Germany, which is not older than 4 weeks.
• Explanation of where you last practiced your profession.

Fee of 20,00 Euro.
