Your home subsidy account records the retirement provision home amount, the repayments and the allowances granted for this. The home subsidy account forms the basis for subsequent taxation at the start of the payout phase of your pension plan.

If you would like to be informed about the current status of your housing subsidy account, you can apply to have this account determined. The Central Allowance Office for Retirement Assets (ZfA) will issue a notice informing you of the amount of your home subsidy account.

You can submit an informal application for determination of the housing subsidy account via your provider.
Your provider will forward your application, together with the certificate in accordance with Section 92 EStG and an informal statement, to the Central Allowance Office for Retirement Assets (ZfA).
The ZfA will inform you of the calculated status of the housing subsidy account by means of a notification.
