Withdraw your will

You can request the return of your will from special official custody at any time.
A contract of inheritance containing only dispositions upon death may also be withdrawn from official or notarial custody and returned to the contracting parties.
 
Your notarial will or contract of inheritance is considered revoked if it is returned from official custody.
A corresponding note is placed on the will or contract of succession. The return of a holographic will does not have this effect, it is not considered revoked.
