In this case, you may be issued a residence permit by the Aliens Department as long as urgent humanitarian or personal reasons or substantial public interests require your continued temporary presence in Germany.
The residence permit does not entitle you to pursue gainful employment. It can be granted upon application by the Aliens Department.
A residence requirement may be imposed on you.
You are entitled to benefits in accordance with the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act.
Family reunification is excluded.
You are not entitled to participate in an integration course. You can only be admitted to a course if there are places available.
