Readmission agreement

This can also be an agreement between an association of states and another state. Germany has currently concluded around 13 readmission agreements bilaterally with third countries. In the case of the return of foreigners who are obliged to leave the Federal territory, priority is generally given to voluntary return, which is also financially supported under certain conditions.
