License plate: unstamped

Journeys in connection with the registration may be carried out with unstamped number plates in the registration district shown on the licence plate and in the neighbouring district if the registration authority has assigned or reserved the licence plate in advance and the journeys are covered by motor vehicle liability insurance.

The same applies to the return journey after decommissioning a vehicle and destamping the license plates.

The license plates must be affixed to the vehicle. The completed insurance confirmation (eVB number) must be carried with you.
