Apply for permission to hold open-air assemblies and processions in the pacified district

You can apply for the assembly or the elevator in the pacified district online or in writing by e-mail, post or fax to the BMI.
You must also submit an application to the competent assembly authority in the state of Berlin or Baden-Württemberg.

Online application:
- Call up the application form on the BMI website. The online form will guide you through the required information
- Complete the application and submit it online
- If you have any queries, the BMI will contact you.
- The BMI will check whether implementation is possible.
- You will receive a notification.

Application by post or fax:
- Download the form from the BMI website. Print out the form and complete it.
- Scan the form and send it to the BMI by e-mail. Alternatively, you can send the form to the BMI by post or fax.
- If you have any queries, the BMI will contact you.
- The BMI will check whether implementation is possible.
- You will receive a notification.
