Foreigner hunting license - have your annual hunting license extended

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it out and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued a foreigner hunting license.

Please contact the lower hunting authority that issued your hunting license.

The responsibility is incumbent on the lower hunting authority.

• Physical aptitude
• Hunting liability insurance
• Hunting license that has already been issued

• German hunting license
• Hunting license of the home country
• If applicable, current photograph
• Proof of statutory hunting liability insurance

The annual hunting licence is valid for a maximum of three consecutive hunting years. The hunting year begins on 01/04 and ends on 31/03.
