Apply for accompanying assistance in working life for severely disabled people

Severely disabled employees, trainees, civil servants and the self-employed, for example, can submit an application.
The local integration offices or inclusion offices are primarily responsible for implementation. The offices work closely with the Federal Employment Agency and rehabilitation providers.
You can apply for various services as accompanying assistance from the Integration Office or Inclusion Office and receive financial support for the following needs in particular:
- technical work aids for a disability-friendly design of the workplace or training place
- Reaching the workplace
- Establishing and maintaining self-employment
- Procuring, equipping and maintaining a disability-friendly home
- Measures to maintain and develop your professional knowledge and skills
- for special circumstances
You can also apply to the relevant Integration Office or Inclusion Office to cover the costs of any necessary work assistance and vocational support as part of Supported Employment.
