Death Request certificate of notification

You can apply for the certificate of notification and deferral of notarization verbally or in writing at the registry office.

• Submit the application for the certificate to the relevant registry office.
• The registry office will check your details and issue the certificate if necessary.
• The registry office will send you the certificate of registration by post if no personal collection has been agreed.
