You inform the competent authority informally in writing or via the general contact form that you are registering or deregistering a "public scale".

  • conscientiously and impartially,
  • if the user/owner of the scale, the weighing personnel or an immediate relative have a direct interest in the weighing result.
• Certificate of public considerations with signature and indication
  • that it is a public consideration,
  • the place and date of weighing the
  • In the name of the client,
  • the type of material to be weighed,
  • the registration plate of motor vehicles or trailers,
  • for automatic weighing instruments: the counter stand before/after weighing and weighing result.
• Retention of public weighing records for at least two years
