Report grape harvest and wine production for products from own produce (TEM / WEM)
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzAs a winegrower with more than 0.1 hectares of vineyards, a cooperative or a recognized producer group that accepts grapes or mash, you must report your grape harvest and wine production to the competent authority.
Under certain conditions, you do not need to declare your wine production and grape harvest.
As a full deliverer of partial areas, i.e. a partial deliverer who only delivers part of their harvest, you must declare the entire harvest quantity, including the grapes or grape musts that were delivered to the producer association/cooperative.
This does not apply if all partial deliverers of a cooperative or recognized producer group have authorized them to submit the grape harvest declaration for the delivered part. In this case, the individual partial deliverers are exempted from reporting the products delivered to the cooperative or recognized producer group.
This is a pure notification. No notification is issued by the authority.
