If you are authorized to carry out repairs, you must inform the locally responsible verification authority immediately in writing or electronically.

You are authorized to carry out repairs on the affected meter. The calibration period of the repaired meter has not yet expired.

Template for the repair notification

As soon as you have carried out a repair, you must inform the locally responsible verification authority immediately in writing or electronically. To do this, you can fill out the corresponding template for the repair notification.

The repair notification must be issued immediately after the repair has been carried out.

Within seven days.

However, in the case of measuring devices for the official monitoring of public traffic (speed and distance measuring devices as well as red light monitoring systems), the repair notification must be submitted to the locally responsible verification authority within two working days.
