Report conclusion of the land lease agreement

The land lease agreement concluded between the landlord and the tenant is submitted to the competent authority by the landlord or the tenant within one month.
The competent authority checks the contract for completeness with regard to the assessment under the LPachtVG.

• a copy of the concluded written land lease agreement or
• in the case of an orally concluded land lease agreement: the notification of content

The decision on the objection to the amendment of a land lease agreement must be made in writing within one month of notification of the amendment. If the review is likely to take longer, the parties to the contract must be issued with an interim decision before the deadline expires, which extends the deadline to two months.
