Permission for external take-off and landing for aircraft

• Landowner or other authorized party agrees
• Authorizing authority grants permission

Application with justification, stating aircraft (type, identification) / pilot / location / date / time / number of planned flight movements, consent of owner/other authorized party, overview image/site plan, declaration of no objection from local regulatory authority if applicable.

Fee range: €30 to €500
Amount depends on the administrative effort, scope and significance of the permit, economic value or benefit for the applicant, actual expenses for third-party opinions.
Basis:

• §§ Sections 1 and 2 of the Aviation Administration Cost Regulations (LuftKostV) in conjunction with Section VI No. 14 of the Schedule of Fees (Annex to Section 2 (1) LuftKostV).

Application should be submitted at least two weeks before the date of the event.

• § Section 25 (1) of the German Air Traffic Act (LuftVG)
• § Section 15 (1) of the German Air Traffic Regulations (LuftVO)

Contradiction.

Principle: Informal, in the case of permits for helicopters, if necessary, aviation permits from the Landesbetrieb Mobilität.

In the case of air sports equipment, hang gliders and paragliders as well as parachutes, there may be a different responsibility (basis: Ordinance on the Commissioning of Air Sports Associations).
