Notification of the operation of a wine tavern

The responsible authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate are Municipal administration of the independent municipality, the association municipality administration and the city administration in independent and large cities.

The procedure can also be handled by the single point of contact.

• Single point of contact for administrative matters

• Identity card or passport
• Extract from the commercial, association or cooperative register, if applicable

Business registration is subject to a fee in accordance with the Rhineland-Palatinate State Fees Act in conjunction with the State Ordinance on Fees of the Authorities of the Economic Administration (Special List of Fees).

The application is informal.

The obligation to notify does not exempt you from complying with other legal regulations, such as hygiene regulations and lockdown periods.
