Public participation in the Federal Spatial Development Plan for Flood Protection: submit comments

The public and the public bodies affected in their interests had the opportunity to comment on the draft Federal Spatial Development Plan for Flood Protection and to submit their comments electronically via the Internet by November 6, 2020.
The Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community (BMI) is evaluating the comments and examining whether the draft plan should be amended.

From September 28 to November 6, 2020, the public and the public bodies affected had the opportunity to comment on the draft Federal Spatial Development Plan for Flood Protection and submit their comments.

The final spatial development plan will be issued as an ordinance by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community (BMI) and is expected to come into force in the 3rd quarter of 2021.
