Applying for multiple credit for more than one mandatory job for the employment of severely disabled people
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzAs an employer with at least 20 jobs, you must fill 5 percent of your jobs with employees with severe disabilities or equivalent (compulsory jobs).
If, as an employer, you employ a severely disabled person or a person with an equivalent disability, this person can be counted towards more than 1 compulsory workplace, up to a maximum of 3 compulsory workplaces, upon application. The prerequisite is that their participation in working life encounters particular difficulties.
If you train a severely disabled or equivalent disabled person in your company, this person is counted towards 2 compulsory jobs by law.
If your company takes on or employs a severely disabled person or person with an equivalent disability after they have completed their training, this person will be counted towards 2 compulsory jobs by law in the first year of employment.
