- It must be a vocational or socio-political training course or a combination thereof.
- The event must comprise at least three days - in block or interval form - and at least four teaching hours before 8 p.m. and an average of six teaching hours per day.
- As the applicant, you are responsible for the organizational and technical/educational implementation of the event. You plan, organize and implement the event yourself.
- The event must be openly accessible. The announcement must be published.
- Participation in the event must not be dependent on membership of a religious community, party, trade union, other association or institution. Target group-specific offers, for example for special professional groups, are possible.
- Participation in the event must be voluntary.
Online events:
Events in online or hybrid format can be recognized if the requirements for recognition in face-to-face format are met. The following additional regulations apply:
- Online teaching may only be held as synchronous teaching, i.e. with the course leader and participants present at the same time.
- Attendance must be compulsory.
- Online teaching days must be listed in a separate teaching program. In the case of hybrid courses, you must also report the days of face-to-face teaching.
You cannot have e-learning or asynchronous online courses recognized.
