Land readjustment in accordance with the German Building Code (reallocation)

For the development or redesign of areas, developed and undeveloped plots of land can be reorganized by reallocation in accordance with the German Building Code (BauGB) in such a way that the location, shape and size of the plots are suitably designed for building or other use.

In simple cases, the municipality can carry out a simplified reallocation in accordance with the Building Code. Simplified reallocation can be completed more cost-effectively and generally more quickly due to the streamlined procedural regulations.
