Request funds for a funded project from the "Transitional aid from the KWI title" funding program

You can request funds online, by e-mail or by post from the BMZ.

Request funds online:

• Call up the online application and complete it. The application wizard will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• Upload the required documents and send the application.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ releases the funds and orders the disbursement from the Federal Treasury.
• The Federal Treasury disburses the funds.

Request funds by e-mail or post:

• You send your completed application with the required documents to the BMZ by e-mail or post.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ releases the funds and requests payment from the Federal Treasury.
• The Federal Treasury disburses the funds.

• You have a valid grant notification for the project in question.
• A declaration of waiver of appeal against the grant notification must be available, otherwise a period of 4 weeks must be waited before payments can be made
• The duration of the project must have begun.
• There is no legal entitlement to disbursement for requests for funds received after the end of the term

• Request for funds form
• If applicable, attachments / evidence for the request for funds

There are no costs.

There are no statutory deadlines. However, requests for funds must be submitted within the project duration.
