Submitting an application to change a funded project from the "Transitional aid from the KWI title" funding program

You can apply for changes to project funding online, by e-mail or by post to the BMZ.

If you want to apply for changes online:

• You discuss the need for changes to the project concept, project duration and funding with the BMZ in advance.
• Call up the online application and complete it electronically. The application wizard will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• Upload the required documents and submit the application. It is not possible to submit the documents later.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ will decide on the requested changes and send you a notification.

If you wish to apply for the changes by e-mail or post:

• You discuss the need for changes to the project concept, project duration and funding with the BMZ.
• You send your application with the required documents to the BMZ by e-mail or post. Subsequent submission of documents is not possible.
• The BMZ will check your documents and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ will decide on the requested changes and send you a notification.

• You will need a valid grant notification for the project that is the subject of the change

• Justified request for the corresponding change (to this end, add changes to the affected areas in the last approved version of the project application, highlighted in color).
• Submission of new financing plans or logframes, if affected by changes
  

There are no costs.

There is no deadline for change requests. However, you should allow several weeks for processing more extensive amendments.

Coordination with the authorities and the decision-making period vary from a few days to several weeks, depending on the scope of the change.
