Submit interim proof or proof of use of funds for funded projects from the "Transitional aid from the KWI title" funding program

You can submit the interim or where-used list to the BMZ online, by e-mail or by post.

If you wish to submit the interim or where-used list online:

• Call up the online form and fill in the details for the interim or where-used list electronically. The form will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• Upload the required documents and submit the interim or where-used list.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• The BMZ will contact you if anything is unclear or in the event of reclaims.

If you wish to submit the interim or where-used list by e-mail or post:

• You send the interim or where-used list to the BMZ by e-mail or by post.
• The BMZ will contact you if anything is unclear or in the event of reclaims.

You need a valid grant notification for the project in question.

The respective components of the evidence must be submitted together and in full. It is not possible to submit individual components later.

There are no costs.

Interim statements for the last completed financial year must be submitted to the approval authority by April 30 of the following year and (final) proof of use must be submitted no later than 6 months after the end of the project.

Exceptions regarding the submission of interim reports:

• A factual report as part of an interim report may be combined with the next factual report due if the reporting period for a funding year does not exceed 3 months. For example, if a project begins on October 1, no separate factual report for the previous financial year needs to be submitted in the following year.
• In the case of projects with a multi-year funding period, a separate factual report does not have to be prepared for the last funding year either. This can be combined with the factual report as part of the proof of use.
• The numerical proof is always submitted.
