If you have an EU Community license for cross-border occasional transport within the European Union (EU), you must have it renewed after 10 years at the latest. In doing so, you must prove that you still meet the relevant conditions.

Occasional services include

  • Excursion trips
  • Vacation trips
  • Trips with rental buses

The journey must be carried out with motor vehicles that are suitable and intended for the transportation of more than 9 persons, including the driver, according to their design and equipment.
