Submitting information on violations of antitrust law

Please contact the Bundeskartellamt in writing or by telephone with your submission or complaint.

• Send the Bundeskartellamt your information on possible violations of antitrust law. You have the following options:
  • Online form,
  • letter (by post),
  • telephone or
  • e-mail
• Your submission or complaint will be forwarded to the responsible office at the Bundeskartellamt.
• The Bundeskartellamt will examine your submission or complaint and contact you if it has any questions.
• The Bundeskartellamt will then initiate antitrust investigation proceedings on its own initiative.

Important note:
If you have insider information or strictly confidential documents that could be used to uncover

• cartels or
• abuses of power

you can use the Bundeskartellamt's anonymous whistleblower system (BKMS) (anonymous receipt of information).
