In the case of persons under the age of 16, care must be taken to ensure that they are registered by the person whose home they are moving into.

The information described relates to the case of "living" in the accommodation facility (hotel, guesthouse). Special registration forms for places of accommodation are used for short stays, which are typical in practice (Section 29 (2) and (3) and Section 30 BMG).
