Communicate master data of holders of price sovereignty (PHI) for fuels
Source: Serviceportal Rheinland-PfalzIn order to be able to report price changes to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTK-S) as the holder of price sovereignty for fuels (PHI), you must first register with your master data.
You are obliged to notify the MTS-K if you:
- as a mineral oil company, you set the sales prices for operators of public filling stations and therefore have pricing authority.
- operate a public filling station and set the prices for fuels yourself. This is also the case if you have been given non-binding sales prices.
With the reporting obligation, you are legally obliged to report every price change for common fuels to the MTS-K within 5 minutes of the change. The common fuels include
- Super E5
- Super E10
- Car diesel
