Communicate master data of holders of price sovereignty (PHI) for fuels

You register with the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) preferably online, but also by post, e-mail or fax.

If you register online:

• Call up the electronic registration form of the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels and fill it out completely. The form will guide you step by step through the information and documents required.
• Upload the required documents.
• Submit the form electronically.
• MTS-K will check the documents submitted and contact you if there are any queries or additional claims.

If you register by post, e-mail or fax:

• Call up the registration form of the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels.
• Fill out the registration form and provide the MTS-K with your master data.
• A PDF is generated, which you print out and send to the MTS-K with the required documents.
• MTS-K will check your details and contact you if there are any queries or additional claims.

• You have pricing authority for fuels and are therefore subject to reporting requirements.
• You submit the corresponding proof of your pricing authority.

• Application with the following details
  • Your name
  • Your address in Germany
  • Name of at least one contact person
  • your telephone number
• if applicable, the following information
  • Company name
  • Name of a person authorized to represent the company
  • Fax number
  • e-mail address
• Proof of your details
  • Extract from the commercial register or trade license
  • Delivery bill for the supply of fuels or framework agreement for the supply of fuels

There are no costs.

You must register immediately if you act as a holder of pricing authority for fuels (PHI).
