In order to fly airplanes and helicopters according to visual flight rules (PPL(A) and PPL(H)), light aircraft (LAPL(A) and LAPL(H)), gliders (SPL) or free balloons (BPL), you need a corresponding permit - the pilot's license.
As a training organization, you regularly accept new applicants for a pilot's license and train them. In doing so, you must report the newly accepted persons to the responsible aviation authority.
