• Compatibility with protective purpose

As a rule, the written application must be accompanied by information such as:

• For what reasons should the protected area be used?
• When should the protected area be used?
• Are there alternatives to driving?
• Is the driving compatible with the purpose of protection?

Fees apply. These are based on the list of fees for country maintenance

There are no deadlines to be observed.

• Act on Nature Conservation and Landscape Management (BNatSchG)

The appeal is governed by the Administrative Experience Act.

An informal written request is required.
