If you have noticed any incidents involving the transportation of dangerous goods by air, or if you were involved, you must report this to the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA).

All citizens and companies can report incidents. Anonymous reporting is also possible. However, certain incidents involving the transportation of dangerous goods are only visible to people with dangerous goods training.

Examples of incidents involving the transportation of dangerous goods by air include

  • Dangerous goods were not loaded properly
  • Dangerous goods were not secured
