Order installations requiring monitoring to carry out an extraordinary inspection

After receipt of a corresponding damage report or on its own initiative on a special occasion, the authority may order an extraordinary examination. The employer must arrange for this immediately.

Please contact the Structure and Approval Directorate North (northern Rhineland-Palatinate), the Structure and Approval Directorate South (southern Rhineland-Palatinate) or the Department of Trade Supervision if they are not mining premises.

Responsibility lies with the Structure and Approval Directorate North (northern Rhineland-Palatinate), the Structure and Approval Directorate South (southern Rhineland-Palatinate) or the Department of Trade Supervision insofar as they are not mining establishments.

Occurrence of a claim or other special occasion (e.g. in the event of an accident with an unclear cause).

No documentation is required. The competent authority shall act on its own initiative.

Fees and expenses apply.

Depending on the effort, these can be between 50.00 and 320.00 euros.
