Show commissioning of a medium-sized combustion, gas turbine and internal combustion engine plant
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzIf you are planning to put certain medium-sized combustion, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plants into operation, you must notify the responsible immission control authority in advance.
The obligation to notify generally applies to all combustion plants with a rated thermal input of at least 1 MW and less than 50 MW, whether or not they require a permit.
In the case of aggregated combustion plants, you must notify the planned commissioning if the combined rated thermal input is more than 1 MW and less than 50 MW.
The authority responsible for you will then enter the information you provide in a register of installations, which is publicly accessible.
