Recognition as a market surveyor
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzRecognizing foreign professional qualifications
Anyone wishing to carry out an activity in Rhineland-Palatinate that is reserved for mine surveyors under the Federal Mining Act (BBergG) or other legal provisions requires initial recognition as a mine surveyor (recognition) by a competent mining authority (in Rhineland-Palatinate, the State Office for Geology and Mining) of a federal state. If this is not available, initial recognition must be applied for from the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Geology and Mining. The competent authority will check whether the requirements for carrying out these activities are met.
