Please contact the Struktur und Genehmigungsdirektion Nord (northern Rhineland-Palatinate), the Struktur und Genehmigungsdirektion Süd (southern Rhineland-Palatinate) or the Department of Trade Inspection, unless you are dealing with mining sites.

The responsibility lies with the Struktur und Genehmigungsdirektion Nord (northern Rhineland-Palatinate), the Struktur und Genehmigungsdirektion Süd (southern Rhineland-Palatinate) or the Department of Trade Inspection as far as mining sites are not concerned.

Prerequisites are complaints regarding working conditions and obvious grievances that have become known during inspections.

A complaint (informal) can be made by telephone, e-mail or in writing. The following information is required for processing:

• Details of the employer
• Details of grievances regarding working conditions

Fees and expenses are incurred.

The request for the risk assessment and the information on which it is based is made 1 week after receipt of the complaint.
