Officially approved measuring points for the determination of emissions and immissions of air pollutants, noise and vibrations in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act

The responsibility lies with the State Office for the Environment.

The requirements include the expertise, independence and reliability of the measuring body. They must participate in interlaboratory tests at the request of the competent authority.

First of all, you need accreditation by the DAkkS - Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH and proof of a corresponding QM system for testing laboratories in accordance with DIN EN 17025. The other documents to be provided can be found in the application form available under the following link:

Fees are payable for the implementation of the notification procedure and the associated expert services, depending on the testing and administrative costs and the special measurements requested, and additional costs are incurred for participation in interlaboratory comparisons.

The notification is limited to five years and must be reapplied for thereafter.
