Request payment of the subsidy amount for the provision of online services

You can submit the application online.

Please note:

The online application can only be accessed via the municipal/state network. You also need access to MUK (My Business Account).

If you would like to submit an online application:

• As soon as you have the factually and mathematically correct accounting documents for allocations of funds from the equalization fund, you can submit them together with the completed online application to the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Transformation and Digitization (MASTD).
• The MASTD will check whether the submitted invoice matches the offer on which the allocation decision is based and whether the expenditure corresponds to the framework defined in the allocation decision.
• If the offer and invoice match, the MASTD sends a payment notification and pays out the approved funds.
• If the offer and invoice differ, the MASTD checks the discrepancies. If necessary, a change notice is created and sent.

A prerequisite for the disbursement of funds is the submission of factually and arithmetically correct accounting documents.

You will only receive the funds if you have actually incurred them and have used them to finance the expenses for the operation and further development of municipal administrative services as part of the implementation of the Online Access Act.

You may only use the funds for the purposes defined in the allocation notice.

• Fully completed online application "Application for submission of invoice for municipal specialist procedure adaptation"

• Invoice(s) from the specialist procedure manufacturer for the requested service (based on the allocated funds in the allocation letter)

free of charge

There is no deadline.

3 weeks to 4 weeks

As a rule, applications received are processed very promptly.

The exception to this are applications that require an extended review, for example because no technical approval has yet been granted or a fundamental decision needs to be made regarding eligibility for funding. In this case, processing may well take longer.
