Development partnerships with the private sector (DPP) are short to medium-term joint projects between companies and so-called implementing organizations. They pursue a development policy benefit.

If you as a company or organization implement an EPW and receive funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), you must submit interim and usage reports during the funding period.

If you have not fulfilled the purpose of the grant by the end of the financial year, you must submit an interim report on the amounts received in that year within 4 months of the end of the financial year.

You can submit the interim or where-used list online or by post.

If you want to submit the proof online:

Go to the federal portal and complete the online application. The system will guide you step by step through the information and documents required.
Upload the required documents as a file or make them available as a download link and submit the application.
If anything is unclear or information is missing, the BMZ will contact you.
The BMZ will arrange for a corresponding payment or reclaim.
