Submit proof of activity for subsidized supplementary independent participation advice (EUTB) as a provider of advice services
Source: Serviceportal Rheinland-PfalzThe Supplementary Independent Participation Advice Service (EUTB) supports and advises all people with disabilities, people at risk of disability and their relatives free of charge and nationwide in all matters relating to rehabilitation and participation.
If you offer such advisory services as a provider and receive subsidies for them, you must prove that the subsidies are used for the intended purpose. You must submit your activity records annually to verify that the grants are being used for the intended purpose. In particular, the following will be checked
- whether you have achieved the substantive objectives
- whether the funds have been used for the intended purpose and economically
- whether your details match the books and receipts
